Valentina Rillo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bergamo and a Master’s in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, where she completed a thesis on healthcare professionals’ experiences with artificial intelligence. Currently, as a PhD candidate in Human Resource Management, she focuses on digital transitions, specifically researching hybrid work and AI technologies. Using qualitative and mixed methods, Valentina examines information asymmetry in remote work settings and in relation to AI adoption to improve communication as well as proximal and distal outcomes in evolving workplaces.
